I finally made one.

I've seen these on Pinterest for months. They're not as easy to make as they look.

If you don't find the right ring, the lids don't sit correctly on the ring. I used a swim noodle cut in half lengthwise. The whole swim noodle was too thick. I wrapped the noodle in burlap, squeezed on the lids, cut off any extra noodle length, and taped the ends of the noodle together. The jute bow was used to cover the spot where it's taped. I used old and new lids. If you can't find old lids, buy new and soak them in vinegar. I've read that can add great patina.
